A Typical Day at the Retreat

Each day at Tranquility Retreat follows a gentle rhythm, blending guided sessions with personal reflection and relaxation time. Each day is thoughtfully structured to provide balance, healing, and personal growth.

Morning

7:30 AM – Mindful meditation and gentle yoga to start the day
8:30 AM – Nutritious breakfast in a serene setting
9:30 AM – Guided Meditation & Intention Setting  or Mindfulness Workshop
10:00 AM – Free Reflection Time
11:30 AM – Group Therapy & Emotional Processing, Guided Nature Walk or Outdoor Healing Session

Afternoon

Flexible Payment Plans

We believe that healing should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer flexible payment options:

Installment Plan: Pay in 3 or 4 monthly installments—no extra fees!
Deposit & Pay Later: Secure your spot with a $1000 deposit, then pay the rest before your arrival.
Limited spots available for those who need financial assistance—please inquire for details.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to all participants. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

More than 30 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
15–30 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
Less than 15 days before the retreat start date: No refund, but you may transfer your reservation to a future retreat within 12 months.
Early departure from the retreat: No refunds will be issued once the retreat has started.

Cancellation by Tranquility Retreat
In the rare event that we must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low enrollment, or other emergencies), you will have the option to:
Receive a full refund.
Transfer your booking to a future retreat within 12 months.

Changing Your Reservation
If you need to change your retreat dates, we allow one free reschedule if requested at least 15 days before the retreat start date. Any additional changes may incur an administrative fee.

Travel & Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip disruptions. Tranquility Retreat is not responsible for personal expenses incurred due to cancellation (e.g., flights, transportation, or accommodations before/after the retreat).
